What that looks like

Whether and how you need to disclose AI assistance is set by your institution, publisher or examining body, and those rules vary — that decision is yours to make, using the authorship record as evidence of how a piece was written.

A generation (the twin drafting or continuing your text) or an AI review — each counts as one action against your plan's monthly quota.
